LITHUANIAN KUGEL | |
1/2 lb. salt pork or bacon, cut into sm. cubes 10 med. potatoes 1/2 c. farina 3 eggs Brown, fry salt pork until crunchy. Drain. Grate potatoes and add to salt pork. Mix in farina and eggs. Pour into lightly greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until nicely browned and crusty. |
