1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. orange juice (make out of fresh oranges)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all together and put in muffin tins (flour and grease). If you use the paper muffin cups you don't need to flour and grease. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hours.
