GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS | |
2 lbs. chicken breasts, deboned and unskinned 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. white wine 1 tsp. tarragon 1 tsp. dry mustard 1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for several hours. 2. Grill over coals about 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and basting with the reserved marinade. Serves 4. |
