PERSONAL PIZZAS 
Shortening
All-purpose flour
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 c.)
Sliced pepperoni
Sliced hot dogs
Chopped green pepper
Sliced black olives
Whatever you prefer

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 1-2 baking sheets. Sprinkle cutting board with flour. Pull biscuits apart. Put 1 biscuit on floured board. Use rolling pin to roll out biscuit until it is a circle 4 inches across. Place on greased cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining biscuits. Add more flour if need to.

Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the pizza sauce onto each biscuit. Spread evenly. Sprinkle each with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheese. Let each person put favorite topping 1 or 2 of the pizzas. Bake until crust is brown, about 10-15 minutes. Makes 10 pizzas.
