CHICKEN PORTUGUESE 
1-2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up and skinned
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. tomato puree
2 tbsp. soy sauce (or more to taste)
2-3 tsp. prepared mustard
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 sm. oranges, peeled and sectioned

Rub chicken with garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Put in casserole. Mix orange juice, puree, soy sauce, and mustard. Add green pepper. Pour over chicken.

Cover and bake in 350 degree oven 50 minutes, or until tender. Add oranges; bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, until oranges are heated through.
