CHEESY CLASSIC LASAGNA 
9 pieces lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. jar Ragu (or Prego)
1 c. water
1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) Muenster cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Prepare noodles; drain. Grate cheeses. In skillet saute onions in oil until clear; add meat and sausage. Cook until done. Add salt and pepper; add Ragu and water. Cook 5 minutes.

In a bowl combine Ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and spinach; mix well. Grease 13x9 pan. Spread about 2/3 cup meat sauce on bottom, then noodles, then 1/3 Ricotta mixture, 1/3 of meat, 1/3 Mozzarella and Muenster, 3 noodles, Ricotta, meat, Mozzarella and Muenster, etc. ending with Mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.
