CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. instant dry milk
1 tbsp. water
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanuts, chopped
1 c. sunflower seeds

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, dry milk and water and beat until fluffy.

Sift flour, soda and salt together. Add to mixture. Stir in chips, peanuts and sunflower seeds. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
