PLANTATION STYLE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
5 c. Corn Chex cereal crushed to 1 2/3 c.

Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter mixture. Roll in cereal crumbs. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake 50-55 minutes or until browned and crisp at 400 degrees.
