CRACKED ICE 
4 pkg. assorted Jello
1 c. hot water each pkg.

Add hot water to each Jello and set. 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. sugar

Press firmly around bottom and sides. Save some to sprinkle on top (9 x 12 inch) pan. 1/4 c. cold water 1 c. hot pineapple juice

Dissolve 1 envelope of Knox gelatin into 1/4 cup cold water. Add 1 cup of hot pineapple juice. Fold into cut up Jello pieces. 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 1 pint heavy cream. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold into Jello. Sprinkle graham crackers on top and chill.
