1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
Salt and pepper

Combine softened cream cheese with hot mashed potatoes. Mix well. Add other ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
