QUICK APPLE CRUMB PIE 
4 to 6 tart apples, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pie crust, unbaked

Arrange apples in shell; sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mix together over them. Sprinkle Crumb Mix over top.

CRUMB MIX:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Mix together until crumbly. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
