FRESH APPLE NUT CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. MacIntosh apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Sift together first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add to dry ingredients. Add rest to mixture. Must be mixed by hand. Pour in ungreased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
