POOR MAN'S MEAT LOAF WELLINGTON 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 beaten egg
15 oz. can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Mrs. Weinberg's frozen chopped liver
1 egg, beaten
Flako pie crust mix
1 tsp. Worcestershire

Combine all but last 3 ingredients and shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. "Ice" cooled meat loaf with defrosted chopped liver.

Follow package directions for pie crust and roll in a rectangle. Center iced meat loaf on pie crust. Overlap pie crust to seal in meat loaf. Brush with beaten egg. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
