CHOCOLATE 4 LAYER DESSERT 
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

FIRST LAYER: Mix 1/4 cup nuts, butter, flour and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pat into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER: Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar together. Fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER: Blend pudding mixes and milk together until thickened. Pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate and serve.
