BARBECUE GROUND BEEF 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
2 c. tomato catsup
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. bay leaf, optional
1 c. diced celery

Fry together the onion, butter, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice and ground beef until beef is brown. Add 1 cup water and the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. 24 servings.
