STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 can crabmeat, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. celery
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic to taste
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Melt butter and add flour, cook for 1 minute or until bubbly. Add milk, cook until thick. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients except Parmesan and mushrooms. Season inside mushroom with salt and fill with above mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake on cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
