POOR MAN'S LOBSTER
For fish that tastes like lobster; take 1 package booth frozen haddock fillets and put in pan. Cover with water and 3 level teaspoons salt and 2 teaspoons vinegar; boil for 15 to 20 minutes (less if not frozen). Drain and put in shallow pan under broiler for a few minutes to dry out. Serve with small dishes of melted butter to dip them in. Try a little lemon with butter. Tastes as good as lobster.
