POOR MAN'S LOBSTER 
1 pkg. frozen skinless haddock
1 qt. cold water
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Butter and paprika
Lemon and butter

Put frozen fish, sugar, vinegar and salt in cold water. Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Drain well. Put under broiler with butter and paprika; baste until golden brown. Dip in hot butter and lemon juice.

Optional: Add a dash of seasoning salt as you broil.
