BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. crushed Cheddar cheese crackers

Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain well. Combine other ingredients, except crumbs, to make sauce. Combine with broccoli and pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. This may be refrigerated (without crumbs) before baking.
