BARBECUED ALLIGATOR 
6 lbs. alligator steaks
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. flour
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
8 drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place alligator steaks in a pan. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, parsley, oil, Tabasco sauce and salt; mix well. Pour over steaks and let set 4 hours. Turn over in 2 hours. Drain steaks and roll in flour. Arrange steaks in a shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.

How is this Bar-B-Q? No flame = baking, roasting, braising, saute, etc. Lose the Tabasco and garlic salt and just use garlic powder and you have a great marinade. Just my thoughts.
