PEACH SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. peach Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 c. buttermilk
Chopped pecans

Heat Jello and pineapple until hot. Let cool slightly and add 2 cups of buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts over top and chill until firm.
