PIZZA CRUST 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. or 1 tbsp. active dry yeast
3 - 3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. corn oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water, stirring until smooth. Place 3 cups of the flour, salt and 3 tablespoons of the corn oil in mixing bowl and add yeast mixture. Using a wooden spoon, stir to a rough dough and turn out onto a flat surface generously sprinkle with flour. Knead about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Grease a large mixing bowl with remaining oil and place dough in it, turning so all sides of dough are oiled. Cover with a damp cloth and place in warm place, free from drafts. Let rise 1 hour.
