PINEAPPLE SLUSH 
6 bananas
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 c. water
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 lg. can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) can concentrated orange juice
3/4 bottle vodka

Blend bananas and lemon juice in a blender. Set aside. In 5 quart or larger container mix water and sugar. Add banana and lemon juice mixture, pineapple juice, orange juice and vodka. Freeze, stirring evenly 8 hours or 2 days. Serve with ginger ale. Note: approximately 3 parts slushy to 1 part ginger ale.
