POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes with mixer. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
