RICE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can consomme soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
1 stick butter

Put all ingredients in a 2 quart covered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
