CRAB AND BROCCOLI SOUP | |
6-8 oz. lump crabmeat 1 pkg. (10 oz.) cooked broccoli, chopped 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1/2 c. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 2 cups Half & Half 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. thyme Saute onions in butter. Blend in flour. Add milk and Half & Half. Heat over medium heat until thick (approximately 30 minutes). Dissolve bouillon cubes in soup and add seasonings, crab and broccoli. 4 servings. |
