CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
2 tsp. cooking oil
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
5 oz. bamboo shoots
1 can bean sprouts
3 oz. mushrooms
1 lb. sirloin tip
2 tsp. flour
2/3 c. water
2 bunches green onions
5 oz. can water chestnuts

Cut sirloin tip into strips. Heat cooking oil in a wok or large skillet. Add vegetables, sugar, and soy sauce. Cook until desired crispness. Mix together 2 teaspoons flour and 2/3 cup water. Add to wok. Cook until gravy thickens.
