CHICKEN WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
6 split breasts (3-4 c. cubed uncooked chicken)
2 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice (prepare as directed on box)
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Onion
2 jars mushrooms
Slivered almonds

Saute onion and mushrooms in 1 stick butter. Add rest of ingredients. Place in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
