CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 med.-lg. head lettuce, chopped
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. sliced or slivered almonds
1 can (4 oz.) black olives, sliced
1 pkg. sesame seeds, to taste
1 can Chinese noodles

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl and toss. Saute noodles in small amount of butter and add to salad ingredients.

Combine dressing ingredients in pint jar and shake vigorously until well blended. Chill. Pour over salad. Serves 4-6.
