STRAWBERRY SWIRL 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/8 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh strawberries or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Mix crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly into a 6"x10"x2" dish. Chill thoroughly. If fresh berries are used, sprinkle a little sugar over them and let them stand for 1/2 hour. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Drain berries, reserving juice. Add water to make 1/2 cup and add to Jello. Chill until partially set. Heat and stir marshmallows and milk until melted. Cool thoroughly and then fold in the whipped cream. Add berries to Jello, then swirl in marshmallow mixture to marble in Jello and berries. Chill overnight. Serves 8.
