1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs, mix well and pour into pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients; mix and pour carefully on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes.
