CHICKEN AND GIZZARD DRESSING 
4 chicken breasts, skinned, ground coarsely
2 lbs. gizzards, ground coarsely
3 lg. onions, chopped
10 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion tops, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Cook meat about 30 minutes in small amount of corn oil. Add onions. Cook to brown onions and meat. Add remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Add a little Kitchen Bouquet. Boil 2 cups rice and drain. Add rice to meat mixture and mix well.
