CHOCOLATE ROLL 
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and 1/4 cup sugar and 4 egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Gently fold egg whites into dry ingredients. Spread mixture on lightly greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool whip 1 1/2 cups whipping cream (flavored and sweetened) and roll inside chocolate roll and chill.
