CHEESE FROSTED TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, drained
Dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
6 slices bread, toasted on both sides
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute first 3 ingredients. Mix with tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and salt. Tear toast into pieces and add to tomato mixture. Into 3 quart casserole dish, alternate tomato mixture and cheese ending with cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
