CHEESE AND TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 Pillsbury pie shells (dairy case)
1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
Tomatoes
2 bunches scallions
Basil
Bread crumbs

Could use a lasagna size baking dish. Put pie shells in baking dish, cut to fit, bake as directed on pie shell box (be careful sides don't fall in - can loosely wrap sides in tin foil to hold sides up while baking).

Mix Swiss cheese and cheddar cheese together in a separate bowl, then pile into shell. Cut tomatoes in wedges, and add a layer on top. Saute scallions in butter and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, basil, bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
