BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. self-rising flour
1/4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon extract
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. sweet milk

Beat egg yolks; add buttermilk, sugar, and butter, mix well. Mix flour with 2 teaspoons sweet milk, add to the mixture. Add lemon flavoring, pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
