6 to 8 baking potatoes
1 sm. bottle Italian salad dressing

Laying potatoes lengthwise against a wooden spoon, slice potatoes 6 to 10 times through to wooden spoon. Dip in Italian dressing and wear in tin foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
