NORWEGIAN RUSKS 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix well - the batter will be stiff. Grease well and flour 3 pans. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
