OIL PIE CRUST 
In 9-inch pie plate mix together:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Mix together and add to dry ingredients:

1/2 c. Canola oil
2 tbsp. milk

Mix in plate and press out, starting along the sides. If top crust is desired, mix another half recipe and sprinkle over top of filling. For single pie shell, prick and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
