ROMAINE SALAD 
1 bunch Romaine lettuce
1/2 red onion, sliced into rings
1 pt. strawberries, cut in half

DRESSING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Clean lettuce and tear in bite-size pieces. Add other 2 ingredients. Mix dressing and refrigerate. At serving time, combine lettuce and dressing. Serves 6 to 8.
