SASSY VEGETABLE STIR - FRY 
1 c. diagonally cut carrot slices
1 c. diagonally cut celery slices
1/2 c. green pepper strips
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Dash of pepper
1/4 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
2 tbsp. milk

Stir-fry vegetables in butter until crisp-tender. Add sesame seeds and pepper. Mix lightly. Stir in cheese spread and milk. Continue cooking over low heat until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
