CRUSTLESS FUDGE PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Heat butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted. Stir in sugar and eggs, stir in flour, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Pour into 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until set. Cool 10 minutes before cutting. Can be refrigerated, covered, up to 2 weeks. Excellent served with ice cream.
