CRUSTLESS PECAN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour a 9 inch pie plate. Combine sugar, salt and flour; mix well. Stir in melted butter, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Add pecans and coconut. Pour into well greased pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Note: Coconut may be left out - but reduce butter to 1/2 cup.
