CRUSTLESS HAM & ASPARAGUS PIE 
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus, thawed
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese, about 1 c.
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. skim milk
3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. thyme

In 9" pie plate, layer the ham, asparagus, cheese and onion. Cover; refrigerate until 1 hour before serving.

To serve, preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl beat together milk, baking mix, eggs and thyme. Pour evenly over ham and vegetables. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until pie is set. Serves 6.
