BERRIES AND CREAM PIE 
9-Inch Pie Shell:

4 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cream
2 1/2 c. berries

8-Inch Pie Shell:

3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cream
2 c. berries

Put berries in pie shell. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over berries.

Bake until crust is nicely browned and filling is set.

Bake at 375°F or 350°F (depending on your oven) for 35 to 45 minutes. Can use blackberries, blueberries, black or red raspberries or peaches. I use this recipe with the raspberries.
