PIZZA DOUGH 
1 packet yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, sugar and oil. Stir in flour. Knead for 1 minute, adding flour as needed. Place on a large greased pizza pan (round), or cookie sheet. Let sit 10 minutes, then shape on pan. Let rise in warm spot 45 minutes. Add sauce (1/2 jar), cheese (8 oz.) and whatever topping desired. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees until crust is brown and topping bubbly.
