1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar

Grease 12 muffin cups. Beat egg, milk and peanut butter until well blended. Stir in Bisquick and sugar. Fill muffin cups and bake 15 to 18 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with your favorite jelly.
