PEACH PIE 
1 box confectioners' sugar (10X, sifted)
1 stick butter
Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
Sugar
Sweetened whipped cream
Fresh fruit preservative
2 baked pastry pie shells

Prepare peach slices with fresh fruit preservative according to package directions; coat with sugar; set aside. Cream confectioners' sugar with softened butter. Add just enough milk to make of spreading consistency.

Add vanilla and almond extract. Spread on bottoms of pie shells. Arrange peaches on top of this. Top with sweetened whipped cream. Refrigerate and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
