ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 c. canned asparagus
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pimento, cut into sm. pieces
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/4 c. finely rolled cracker crumbs or Pepperidge Farm Herbal seasoned stuffing
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients except butter, put in oiled baking dish. Pour butter over top. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
