CARAWAY POTATOES 
2 lbs. potatoes
2-3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
Salt to taste

Scrub potatoes, but do not peel. Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Cut potatoes in half, placing them cut side down in the butter. Sprinkle remaining butter and caraway seeds and salt over potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until fork tender.
